BSNL Excel Prepaid
Non recharge through debit card

I am G;anesh, using mobile No.9423364029 Excel prepaid sim card of BSNL. On 15th August I have recharged rupees 330 through Indian Overseal debit card through online. The following are the details of transaction:

Rt. No.66666113168

Transaction No. TXE 1508201000247

Whereas till today ie.20th August recharge was not done by BSNL though the amount is debited in IOB Account.

I tried several times through BSNL Toll free complaint no.18001801503 but not getting proper solution .k Kindly helpl me to get the problem resolved.
