BSNL Excel Prepaid
Deduct my Balance for msg from 52906

Hi,

I am a BSNL Excel Prepaid customer 9431728068. I am getting SMS from 52906 and 1 Re is deducted from my prepaid balance everytime. I never subscribed for any such service. When I call to Customer Care They say sir It is activated from your side so You are getting the sms. Then I ask them Ok if I activated it then please check and tell me how I activated, I mean by Phone Call, or by sms. They don't reply me anything. This is clearly a fraudulent act from The BSNL company by sending unwanted sms from the number 52906.This is totally fraud to the Customer.
