Unnecessarily Deducting money from Prepaid balance

On 19th September I suddenly received an SMS from 53030020 saying that my MISSU subscription has been created and Rs. 30/- was deducted. I called the Customer Care and said that I have not sent any SMS regarding this and asked them to show my request for availing this service. They said that unknowingly I might have pressed something due to which this happened. Now my question is am I an illiterate person that I will press anything without knowing. However, they did not listen to me and I had to forget those 30 rupees.

Then I called the customer care and to told them to deactivate this service. They told they had done so. Again I called 5-6 times and asked whether that service has been deactivated or not, they said it was done.

But again on 19th October another Rs. 20/- was deducted from my prepaid balance saying that this service has been renewed.

Now I have lodged a complaint (6234804) and even email was sent to BSNL GM (Customer Services), but there has been no utility.

A total of Rs. 50/- has been my loss till now.
