Not woking landline from last 4 months

Respected Sir,

My name is Shantidevi Tripathi and my landline no. 02715 231257. i want to complain you that my landline phone has been disturbed from last four months and for that reason i have complained many of times to Bsnl Exchange viramgam Head Mr. Shah but there is not any action taken by him. I am paying my bill from last four months without using it. please consider this application and take necessary action against him. Thank You.
