BSNL FARIDABAD
NON FUNCTIONAL PHONE LINE

Phone no 2274681 is non-functional for more than two months. Line man Mr. Ram Kishan has visited once and restored the line about ten days ago but it again went out of order within a couple of days. Whenever we try to log in the complaint, the standard response is that it is out of order due to technical reasons. While trying on this number, we get the normal ringing, which does not connect to the telephone. Can something be done?
