Complaint for Basic Phone (0120-2769589)

Our landline phone no. is 0120-2769589)

Our phone and broadband is not working from almost 25 days.

We filled complaint regarding this problem several times through telephone and personally also but to no response. I called SDO and many others but nothing happened.

Even I spoke to GM BSNL on phone number 0120-2710010 twice, a lady answered the call and she said bills would be waiver for this period and phone would work by evening, But nothing happened.

I'm amazed with the kind or ir-responsiveness these guys have. They don't even know how to talk to the customer.
