Wrong info from CSC

BSNL is giving full talk time validity in 300 or above, But i was confuse this offer is for top up or recharge, so i asked Customer Service Center about the same matter dated 21.09.11 before 5 pm (between 1pm to 5 pm). He told me you do recharge not top up, according to CSC i recharged my mobile No. 9713110154 of 300 Rs., But i not get full talk time it gives BSNl to BSNL free calls for one month with zero balance. I didn't required of that. For the above case i am again called to CSC then Mr. Jayesh Sharma (BSNL CSC) handle this matter and told that we will solve your problem as soon as possible. But Problems is not solved yet. not i have called CSC from my No. 9425515403.
