Phone not working

My phone no (0) 124-2230164 installed about 2 months back is not working for last few days. Whenever i try to call to register a complaint, automated service reverts that this is not a valid number/not working. I have not even rcvd bill since the time phone has been installed. Pls help in restoration / regularise.
