Sir,

From the last three months our phone no. 0124-2336818 is dead & we have lodged its complaint so many times & everytime one or the other excuse is given like sometimes got a message ur complaint is resolved, sometimes the lineman shows & told that he had no such details of compalint & from the last three months BSNL executive told us that it will take some time to get the system rectified but how much???
