Deduction of balance

Espected sir,

i am SACHIN MITTAL S/O SH. GOVIND MITTAL from NARWANA (JIND) PIN CODE:-126116, is a coustmer of BSNL MOBILE SERVICE HARYANA having no. 9466734537. The service provider has deduct my balance regular from last three months. the deduction amount is nineteen rupee per month i have aslo submitted the complain to the service provider but they didn`t give any result. the complain no. is given by the provider is L16HR177800 & it was submitted on 16th december.

now today is also deduct my balance from the provider.it is unmeaningful . so please help me
