Non ops of land line more than 4 months

Good day sir

We are the residential of Vill Tippri Teh Jaswan Kotla comes under the exchange Jour bar (Dehra) code 01970 have a non operational telephone at my residence. As you aware about that the mob net work is also not so good. Any how the landline no 01970 276039 is non operational from last five month and inspite of again complaining the bill is being generated and the no action has been taken to rectify the problem. Pls note that.
