Deactivation of joke and geeta service

I Smt. Sangeeta Sahoo, having cell No. 9439139547, lodged complain, called customer care executives (assured for deactivate), send sms for the same 2-3 time, for deactivation of joke service. But it is regretted to say that till date they have not deactivated this service. I think BSNL officials have instructed to collect revenew by this way, as BSNL is now-a-days trying to servive in market?

If possible kindly look into the matter.
