"MODCHG" SERVICES charges claim by Bsnl Hungama... without thaking confirmation Bsnl Hungama start the Music on didmamd facility... and not responding on phone and mail... So unnecessarily harassed for claiming for "MODCHG" SERVICES rental every month. We already paid the "MODCHG" SERVICES rental form 9-12 to 9-09 (149/- rs) to you and Request your to plz help to arrange the refund for the same.
