Trouble for recharge

Dear Sir,

Refer to my cell No-9234685196 of tTATA DOCOMO is getting trouble to recharge from any where at Jamshedpur. Contact with customer care representative on 25.07.11 & 26.07.11 but the ignore to resolve the said problem. Getting lot of trouble to do the phone call.

Request you to verify the technical problem from your end to ressolve at the earliest.
