i have tata docomo sim of mobile no.9028013850. balance is deducted 30 from my account with no reason and customer care executives MR.DIGAMBER giving information That muy bal dedected due to Video downloading and my handet not configerd for net basicaly my handset is basic handset .so sir plz take necessary action and refund my balance. as soon as possible
