FORFITED AMOUNT

I am user of TATA DOCOMO.And my number is 918981142249.On 2nd Feb, 13feb and 14 feb I have got information from company (TATA DOCOMO) that if you wil recharged with Rs.18 then you will received Rs.36 with in 3 days but till now I have not received any bonus amount.

I called to customer care some days ago then they said to me that your problem will be solved in 3 or 4 hours. After 1 day I againe called to customer care but they again said to me same things. And finally my number is blocked by customer care.

Then I maked 4 mail to customer care but I have not received any reply. And also called to customer care from friend number and they are not solving my problem.
