Unauthorised charges

My BSNL LandLine number is 07122580625.Inspite of repeated complaints, I'm regularly getting Phonebills with Rs 200 added on account of games on demand. Two Months back I had registered complaint with the Broadband Section of Bsnl Nagpur (C.T.O) and then in subsequent month they didnot add this charge. But now in the Bill of August again charges for games on demand for the month of June&July has been added. Please help[ me to get this service Unsubscibed. My Email no.is rodney.bastian@gmail.com
