Not accepting payment by net banking

I was making payment of my land line phone No.07312484289 through my net banking account which is in State bank of India, Bhamori Branch, Indore (earlier State bank of Indore, now merged in state bank of india) after merging of the bank, I can not pay the bill by net banking, I think some branch code problem is to be updated at BSNL end. my CA No.22900520. The bill details for payment are sent to my net banking a/c but the payment is not accepted, stating try later. I have given payment in auto option. Kindly do the need full and inform me at an early date.
