Not refunding security even one year after surrende

Several mails sent but no response

MY SISTER GEETA MOHANTY, DEULIGRAMESWAR, JAGATSINGHPUR SURRENDERED THE TELEPHON NO -06724220585SINCE 8 MONTHS BACK.WHEN HER SECURITY IS TO BE REFUNDED? IS IT TAKES SO LONG TIME TO PROCESS? IF POSSIBLE KINDLY INTIMATE ME REGARDING REFUND OF SECURITY MONEY DEPOSITED WITH BSNL.
