BSNL JALANDHAR
Wrong security every time

I had taken bsnl connection on august with broadband facility and paid security on demand id 104534 request id 1000751226 rs 500 on 6/8, and broadband security rs 500 on 13/08 on demand id 111152 request id 8000471661 with reciept no. jld1000913081000323, they asked again to pay security in the bill of january i contacted to correct the bill they told their system changed so unable to adjust but it will be deducted on termination of connection only i paid it again, but now they again added security rs 500 mentioned as not paid early in my bill of september. secondly my broadband not work properly and whenever my phone out of service it does not start working before a week and it was dead for 20 days in the month of october and they didnt adjusted my bill even i twicely wrote letter to SDO Bhogpur but no rsponse from their side. i am depressed due their services, i want to disconnect my phone but want to fully adjustment and waive of my bill first.
