My mob no is 8987726886 connection from ranchi BSNL and the plan jaijawan scheme. I have recharged 151 STV for roaming free facility but the cell provider not give the facility and i have reached in kolkatta last one week.i will complaint there but kolkatta customer care said this problum solve from jharkhand customer care and give the no 09431024365 &18001701503 but these two nos are invaild when i call. pl what is the solutio of my problum
