Non update of top up

Dear Sir,

I had done online prepaid recharge of Rs 110 from SBI bank to my cell 9421573923, dated 02/11/09 TRANSACTION ID TXT 02112009031334, receipt no.88888491349, but 32 days are gone but the amount is not updated & the money is deducted from my SBI bank account.

Pls do the needful.
