This is to inform you that my telephone has not been working since last 15-20 days. I have given the compliant through customer service number on 16.08.2011 vide compliant reference No.1003619417. In the meantime I have complained personally to the BSNL area office also i call personally to 02512232200 they we will come but no one come to attain phone. Regret to say that till writing of this letter nobody has been attended this complaint.

Presently my above telephone is in a dead condition.

I again request you to please take necessary action to re-store my above telephone connection immediately.
