Landline phone not shifted

Sir,

I have submitted application (Refrence No KLP 30561& KLP 30562) to shift my landline phone (2660447) at my new residence and it was assured by the official that it will be shifted in 2/3days but after 25days it is not shifted. I have gone to the office personally again to see the status and they again assured to shift the phone in 2/3days but still after 25days it could not been transferrred.

Kindly look into this
