Deduction of balance without any cause

I arghya Chatterjee (9477123467) a BSNL mobile service user. On 31st septmber i saw that my account balance deducted by Rs 5, within 15 mins my balance deducted again by rs 5. I gave a compalne. within 15 days i had lost Rs 45 by the same way. then i gave more than10 complane. one of the executive named PARTHA DUTTA said me that my complane is false. Now what can i do???
