RECEVER NOT WORKING-- 3RD complaint

Sir,

My complaint Telephone No is 033-2425-2051 . Last two months I am suffering with my land line telephone (2425-2051). I complaint 2 times, dt 10/09 time 15:09:42 hrs, Complaint No. I350 & 2nd time dt 22/09 time 13:43:07 hrs, Complaint No J483. But till today BSNL Kolkata is not in tuch with me. It is my broadband connection. I have anothre one land line connection & three other mobile connections. Total I have five connection with BSNL Kolkata & all conneetions are in my name & in same billing address.

Now I decided that if BSNL Kolkata is not solve my problem & not replace my Telephon recever with a new one within next 5 days I will discontinued my all five lines (Telephone connection) with BSNL Kolkata.
