Phone & broad band connectivity

Dear Sir / Madam,

I wish to bring it to your kind notice that the telephone line & broadband connectivity is out of order for the past six months, when enquired at the office it was to to me that there is cable fault, I had also given a written complaint at your office in RT nagar on 11-May, also registered complaint on customer service., and so far there is no response to the complaint. I also request to to provide me with the rebate for not availing telephone & broad band facility during this period.

Please do the needful.
