Phone & broad band not working

We are bsnl customer since fifteen years onwards, I have never faced such a bad condition of this time.

Pl help me from this problem at the earliest. My land line no is 25951034. My complaint no is 16237158432.

we are aged people If any health problem comes we can' t access our son & daughter immediately.
