BSNL Land line and broadband
Not working since last 14 days

My name is mr. nitinkumar.c. vyas.my resi.l.l.no.is 079-22813190. this phone is not working since 3rd aug.2010. i complainted online for which no. NAR40529 WAS GIVEN TO ME. then every day i contced naroda tele. exchange and area managers office becoz the broadband was also not working. today or latest tomorrow your line will be o.k.&- this standars answer i was listening .nobody came to my home till today. when i went to tele. exchange at naroda with another written complaint they did not accepted and denied to take it. since last six months this happens to my phone. i dont no why???

last month it was 19 th july to 30th july when the line was dead.

the bill amount is not deducted for non working days apaaaart from mental harrassment. we are tired of b.s.n.l. will somebody look in this matter?
