BSNL Land line and broadband
Application for Landline connection

Dear All,

We have applied for landline internet connection in May and our application goes to BSNL file during first week of June. We have received a call from BSNL south Vazhakkulam informing our landline number, but no connection till today. On further calls with BSNL south Vazhakkulam office staffs, they have promised to send some one, but nobody has turned up till today.

I would like to escalate this to BSNL. Could you please let me know how would I be able to do this?
