BSNL Landline and Broadband
Want to shut down my bsnl landline and broadband

I have written to you earliar about my landline phone not working. few days following the complaint my phone was repaired but since two days again there aint any dial tone. we been paying for the services of bsnl landline and broadband without getting any. we are highly disappointed and want to get both the connections of landline and broadband cut. we dont want any bill from next time without proper service. Kindly refund my security by cheque at earliest.
