BSNL landline transfer to new address not getting initiated in spite of many requests

DearSir,

Sub: Shifting of my landline number:23404152 from Ameerpet (Durganagar Exchange) to Miyapur.

I have shifted my residence fromAmeerpet, flat no 814 Royal Pavilion coming under Durganagar Exchange bearinglandline number: 23404152. Now I am staying in Miyapur Flat number: 102, R KElite Door No: 1-58/4/A Opposite to Potapalli Residency in the main road ofTalkie Town Theatres. I have given a request for shifting at Durganagarexchange on 18/07 andthey have accepted the same and allotted a new number 23046164 and advised meto contact chandanagar exchange.

Since then am following with theconcerned, officers to get my landline in operation. It is unfortunate that noone responds in a proper way and making me to go to post and pillar. I havecontacted Sri. Sudhakar AE and he assured that the job will be done. In casesince this is a new Apartment if there is no existing connection is available, he promised to look in to the feasibility of providing WLL line until such timethe lines are laid. Later am unable to get him in line and had been to MiyapurSTOP office and again they redirecting me to Chandanagar exchange. Under thecircumstances am unable to explain my agony to anybody and your help lines arenot working whenever I tried.

Kindly look into the matter andarrange to get my landline at the earliest. In case it is not possible toprovide the same I feel the people should communicate to me instead of makingme to go around. Even at this stage the restoration is not possible I shallrequest BSNL to refund my deposit and oblige.
