Land line not workin

MY number 0240-2347497 is not working properly due to your line man lazyness, in every month it is sure to going dead for 10 to15 days but your department line man not connected from DV install at my gate but he is telling me in next time i will connect it, now it is connect on pole and complaints is as usual, my main problem is here is no MORE landline connection in my colony that by i feel handicap to register our complaint-- please try to solve my problem and do work as your old reputation i pray to god this mail is make effect,
