Extraordibary Delay for New connection

Sri Nagaralkar,

We registered for telephone and BB connection dated: 7th Nov 09. So far we have not received either of them. Its more than 2 months and when I contact the respective BSNL office (IIM BSNL office) I get various excuses all the time. I fail to understand when I could have the same connection 2 years back, how come in 2010 in the same flat/address I dont have the connection even after 2 months waiting period.

Feasibility problem NOT there as we had the same BSNL BB connection in 2006.

Pl let me know when this WO can be implemented. If this is not possible pl let me know so, so that I can go for alternative option.
