BSNL Landline
Bills not received for Oct, Nov. and Dec. 2010

My father at Bhusaval has a BSNL landline connection. He has not received bills for the months of Oct. Nov. and Dec. until 7th Jan. And, many other people having BSNL landline connections in his area have not received their bills either.

While the phone connection is working as of now, it is felt that BSNL may suddenly disconnect for non-payment, and put the users in trouble.

Can you help and act in this case to inform BSNL and seek clarification?
