Bsnl landline/broadband
Phone Dead & BroadBand get disconnected quite often

Dear Sir,

I am using BSNL Landline (No 24610636). The equipment is not working for the past 1 week. I registered a complaint in person at a near BSNL Exchange a week ago, till there is no reponse from them. Also i am not receiving any of my Bills, no info from them in this regard too. Kindly do the needful.
