TATA Indicom being cheated!

I've purchased a "TATA" prepaid connection on the end of March. After three days I’m getting some calls from various people asking for help on their "TATA" phones. They helped me to know that my cell phone No. Had given in the advertisement by TATA TeleService all over India as a customer care officials. Phone Calls from any other Service company don’t come to my phone! Later I find that a post paid connection of my number is running by "TATA Customer Care"! So, their calls come to me and vice - versa. For this problem I’ve already faced huge loss. I’ve complained several times to them but being misguide. Now they ask me to surrender the phone, which i can't do.
