Sub: Land line connection fault and cross connection problem

I am having distortion/unwanted noise problem in my landline mentioned above, from since last year and I have registered complaints through telephone and online many time (Request No.2224933090804001).

But I have still not got any proper solution from your part. I also have cross connection problem. I also raised a complaint on the charges without having connection for more than 45 days. I have conveyed the network problem many times to customer care representatives. So I need immediate solution for my problem. I used to get bills amounting maximum to Rs.400, but without using the connection due to the noise problem I still get Rs.500 I also feel that billing is inapt Kindly check the bills for any charges related to cross connection.
