BSNL Landline
Not working since last 18 months

I m complaining since last 18 months and no authority want to listen, however my all bills are clear.today as i go to register my complain in our nearby exchange (loni ghaziabad), mr arvind (J.e.) using very rude words deny to register my complain. the S.D.O.of loni telephone exchange is never found on his seat although he is absent almost all days.
