I'm having corporate connection for Tataindicom broadband since last 7-8 months. Not used much during this period and I was paying monthly bills in a hope when needed I can opt for work from home. Last month got a chance to work form home as nobody was there at home to take care of my kid. I was too much disappointed with frequent disconnections when started working from home. I had called around 50-60 times to customer care since last 25-30 days but still having connectivity issues. Custromer care people seems to be troubling customers more. Looks like there is no responsible person to handle consumers' issues. Everytime getting same response from customer care people "Your issue will be resolved within 6 working hrs." Sometimes down time is more than 3-4 days and if it's working at all, either speed is horrible or disconnecting after every 5-10min.
