Egarding the payment of rs 1968 made by me

My name is usha shrivastava, my landline no is 0755-2422068. in the month of september i was in ahmedabad and i made the payment in NARANPURA BSNL BRANCH AHMEDABAD for my bhopal landline number. they took my payment OFF LINE and gave me the receipt number 615088... i was told that ATC will be send to the bhopal branch for the amount of rs 1968 rs which was paid on 24-04-09

today is 9th march but payment is not updated against my landline number, MR B.A. PATEL assured me the payment will be transfered but still nothing has been done.

kindly look in to the matter.
