Complaint Not attended

My following two land line tel. nos of BSNL are not working

1. 0250 - 2551984

2. 0250 - 2526826

The complaint was launched with BSNL Bolinj Office, which is located in Virar (W), Dist. Thane, Tal. Vasai, Maharashtra. The Bolinj Exchange comes under BSNL Kalyan Exchange. Several written and oral complaints made to BSNL Nodal Officer and even fax sent to G.M. - Customer Care Services in BSNL New Delhi. But from top to bottom all officers are not really interested in attending my complaint. On checking with BSNL Bolinj office we got the same answer which we got almost one and half month back that BSNL do not have any technician to attend. I had launched complaint with BSNL Kalyan Nodal officer, but of no use. What surprising that I am asked to pay rental charges even when my landline is not working from last 1 month.
