Out of orde

Telephone no. 0512-2600993, 133/64, Juhi, Hamirpur Road under Kanpur Nagar, 208014 with broadband connection is out of order intermittently for last eight months. I had filed a complaint on 17th June complaint number 0784..

Due to this, i am not able to avail the other facilities like

.no calling is possible

Had even spoken to the S.D.O and the D.G.M regarding the same... but no action has been taken... the phone is still out of order. The connection has been provided to us through a pole which is 10km away rather than using the pole which is even nearer to the location. I personally feel that a strict action should be initiated against the defaulting officials including deduction of their salaries. The public is your most valuable customers and their grievances should be attended to at once without delay or latches. The services availed by us have to be without any deficiency or shortcomings which sadly is not the case when it comes to department. We are made to pay through our nose even when the services are riddled with loop holes.

Hope my grievance shall be looked into and some relief provided for the same.
