BSNL Landline
Landline fault not rectified for 15 days

I have been using BSNL landline and broadband service since 2005. My phone is not working for the past 15 days. I have complained it many times through customer care. But no response from BSNL. Even I have informed deputy GM about this matter by phone and till now the problem was not solved. I do not know what to do next. My phone number is 044 24710613.
