Dead Phone Line

Sir/Madam My Residence Phone No. is 01651-233748 with named Punjab Rattan Goyal. My phone no. often remains in dead condition. whenever i am paying my bills to company then why they are not giving me proper solution for that. They said the D.P. Box near my house is on low height that's why children pull wires from d.p. box. BSNL should hang that box on right position. 20 days in a month i see my line dead. No box cover on D.P. Box. Please tell me what should i do. If company can not give me proper service then why i will pay which i am not getting. Please see my problem & see history of my connection working from 6 Months.
