BSNL Land Line
New Connection Not given by them even after more than 1 yea

Hi, My name is sudhir yadav. I had applied for new land line connection in august and gave all proper doucments photo and deposited 500Rs. At that time they promised for a connection within 1 week. Now It took total one year and neither they gave me connection nor they are returning my money back. I went to BSNL office at least 50 times. They are sending me from one desk to other. No one is clearly telling me why this kind of delay is happening. I met from JTO subedarganj (Lal Chand), SDO. they always promise for next week and nothing happens. At last I asked for refund. but even then they are not returning my money back. Kindly reslove my issue.
