Compalint regarding bsnl-landline connection, settlement

1) We had surrendered all devices (as per the surrender certificate, Modem: serial no.280, dated :31/07, K.P.H.B

Telephone instrument, dated : 30/09, Hyder Nagar) concerned with our 'bsnl-landline' connection on 30 september. It's been 3 months since we're still recieving telephone bills from respective bsnl office.

We recieved mails for bill payment are as follows :
