Dear Sir,

We are BSNL user since 2006 and I have shifted my phone line in the year of 2008 1st quoter. From that time to till I hardly enjoyed my line due to problem but every month they are charging bill. For this problem I have complained them several time but no response. Are they justified with their customer?

My request the please punished them for this practice.
