Wrong billing

November bill was Rs 3684.00 but in wrong bill is Rs 3000.00 as LL Debit Accessory/Facility

i've given written complaint on 28/12 but no responce. I've not paid bill. Later they disconnect the service in first week of Jan'2011.

Again they send the Bill for the Dec'2010 for Rs 4089.00. I've not paid.

Again they send the Bill for the Jan'2011 for Rs 4298.00 but paid Rs4089.00 throu the cheque on 18/02.2011 but till the date phone is reconnected.

I am claiming the problem I am facing due this in term of money, time and agony.
