Outgoing Barred on my no

Actually I am having a landline connection in Sirsa. But from last 20 days outgoing service from my no. Is barred.

Incoming is okay.

And from last 15 days i am going to telephone exchange daily. I met with Mr. Godara (SDO) but they always used to say “we will do it today surely”

This same is happening from last 15days.

I am in a big trouble kindly help me.
